The market price of the real estate depends on the current state of the real estate in question and on the reconstruction that has been carried out in it. It is determined by a comparative method, not general according to the tables, but by monitoring the amount of current market prices at which similar properties are sold in a given location and at a given time. The market price is the current value of the property on the market, ie supply and demand.
It is not possible to send a confirmed form of the market price for the property by e-mail at your request. It is necessary to have a real inspection of our employee on the property in question. For this, however, it is necessary to write out the application and send it to the address info@alfareality.sk, or on the spot when performing the inspection.
